Giacomo Barbero’s Roero Arneis is a wine characterized by a very sapid taste. Thanks to new procedure techniques and the complete absence of oxygen all throughout the wine-making process, we get a wine that carries within itself the acute mineral hints gifted by Roero soil.

Procedural Guideline: D.M. September 17th 2010.
Vine: 95 to 100% Arneis. The remaining 5% can be composed of authorized and/or recommended non-aromatic vines.
Colour: pale yellow.
Smell: delicate, fresh and with a possible wooden hint.
Taste: elegant, harmonic and possibly tannic.
Minimum alcoholic strength: 11% vol.
